Placing Your Order:

the following information:
Your name, shipping address and
e-mail address.
The items and quantity you wish
to order.
If ordering Personalized Heart Charms, please include heart
color(s), lettering style(s) and name(s) for each charm.
How you will be providing the
photos for your custom pieces (e-mail, 'snail mail' or link to album / website).
How you will be paying for your
order (PayPal, money order, cashier's check, other - please specify).
How you would like your photos
cropped: Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide). If no specifications are made, they will be cropped in Landscape (wide) format.
Your shipping preference (USPS
First Class or Priority).
Please note if you would like
your package insured.
Include any other special instructions.
PLEASE NOTE:
I will e-mail you within 24 hours
(usually much sooner) with an order summary, your total cost and payment instructions. I must receive payment before starting
your order.
If you do not hear from
me within 24 hours, it is either because I did not receive your order or my e-mail back to you did not reach you. Please contact
me again to check! You may also contact me at mailto:boomersgang@myactv.net. Please add my e-mail to your address
book to be sure you get your order confirmation.
If I do not hear back from
you within 72 hours of sending you an order confirmation, your order will be cancelled.
Submitting Photos:
You may also upload your photos
to an on-line album (Club Photo, Shutterfuly, etc) and send me the link.
If you do not have a scanner
or photos available on your computer, you can mail photos to me. They will be returned unharmed with your order.
NOTE:
I will not use photos that are sexually explicit or of a questionable nature.
Choosing Your Photos:
High-resolution, crisp, clear
photos work best. Keep in mind that photos will be cropped close to the subject's face.
IMPORTANT:
If you would like, I can e-mail you samples of the the cropped photos to obtain your approval before I make the charms
- please specify this requst with your order. I will let you know if the photos will not work because of blurriness,
low resolution, etc. See photo examples throughout this site to get an idea of what types of pictures look best and how they
will be cropped.
For standard (9mm) charms (done
in landscape - wide - orientation) and 13mm charms and pendants, clear photos of one person / subject work best.
I can occasionally fit a photo of two people on one if their heads are close together. I will try my best to do
photos with (3) people on if their heads are very close together, but please note that it may be difficult to see the people
well.
For standard (9mm) pendants and
charms done in portrait (tall) orientation, I can only do photos of one person / subject.
For mega-sized charms and pendants, photos
of 1-3 people work best. I can get up to six people if they are very close together. Use your best discretion when
choosing photos, but please be aware that it may be difficult to see the faces well when choosing photos with several
people.
If you are unsure about whether
a certain photo will work, I will be happy to take a look at it, crop it (if possible) and e-mail you the sample photo at
no obligation.
Upon request, I can attempt to
do some minor retouching (brightening, increasing contrast, reducing red eye, etc). However, I never retouch photos unless
I am requested to do so and I can only do what is within the limits of my photo software.
Payment Instructions:
I take PayPal or money orders
/ cashier's checks. You may send concealed cash at your own risk. Sorry, I do not take personal checks. I am a PayPal
verified Premier member with well over (300) verified buyer transactions. I also have well over (500) all positive
eBay feedbacks under boomersgang8.
Shipping and When to Expect your
Order:
I will try my best
to start your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. It takes 72 hours for the enamel to fully set, so please allow 5-7
days before your order is shipped although I will do my best to ship sooner if at all possible. I will not ship items that
are not perfect so if I find any imperfections at all, I will redo that particular piece for you. I ship orders ASAP
after they are complete. I will let you know when they ship and provide you with the Delivery Confirmation number (if applicable).
Once your package leaves my hands, it's up to the postal service! I cannot be responsible for
uninsured packages, so please consider this when choosing your shipping method.
Return Policy:
I only accept returns on defective
or damaged pieces provided you inform me immediately upon receiving your order. I will replace and reship the piece free
of charge once I receive the defective piece back. I check all pieces carefully prior to shipping and will never ship out
any piece that I find defective. Please keep in mind that I do the best I can with the photos I receive. There are no refunds
/ replacements if you are not happy with your photo selection upon receiving the charm(s). I do offer to e-mail you a
sample of the cropped photo(s) prior to accepting payment for your order, so please take me up on that if you are concerned
about the quality / appearance of your photo.

pieces of any combination), please contact me for possible discounts and special pricing.
Measuring for Bracelets:
Measure around the part of your
wrist where you will be wearing your bracelet.
Use the following charts to determine
how many charms you will need.
Bracelet Styles (1), (2) &
(3):
6 1/4" = 16 charms
6 1/2" = 17 charms
7" = 18 charms
7 1/2" = 19 charms
8" = 20 charms
8 1/4" = 21 charms
Children's sizes:
Toddler = 13 charms
Child = 14 charms
Youth = 15 charms
Jelly Bracelets - Style (4):
7" - 3 charms
7 1/2" - 5 charms
7 3/4" - 6 charms
8" - 7 charms
NOTE: The number of charms is for the Custom Charms. The
jelly bracelets also include (2) plain silver charms.

Measurements are approximate and are for standard 9mm charms and 13mm charms only. Please note that MegaCharms are twice as
wide as standard charms. If you need assistance figuring out how many charms you will need, please contact me!
